OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
The wood fire hot tub is for use on request only - the tub is emptied, cleaned and refilled for each booking. The tub isn't preheated unless organized prior to guest arrival with the host. The tub is filled with fresh spring water so the color of water will vary on weather conditions
The wood fire hot tub is not to be heated within a fire danger period but can be used only as a cold plunge - the Alpine Area is in a registered fire danger period from December - April (inclusive)
Fines from the CFA for using will apply - any damage or fines incurred will be the responsibility of the guest to pay.
Fire pits are not to be used during a declared fire danger period December - April (inclusive)
The home is connected to spring water supply from Lake Buffalo so water color variation to be considered, bottled drinking water suggested.
Garage is locked and not available to guests.
The curtains in the master bedroom are not block out, they are daylight only. Great to start your day with the sunrise.
