The blinds in the bedroom are daylight only, not block-out.
The home is connected to spring water supply so water color variation to be considered, safe to drink.

The laundry is accessible from the external door only by using the front door key.
The wood fire hot tub is for use on request only - the tub is emptied, cleaned and refilled for each booking. The tub isn't preheated unless organized prior to guest arrival with the host. The tub is filled with fresh spring water so the color of water will vary on weather conditions. Guests are not to empty the tub.
During declared fire danger periods across December - April (inclusive) the tub is for cold plunge use only, again when requested and not to be heated.
Fire pits are not to be used during a declared fire danger period December - April (inclusive) Fines from the CFA for using will apply - any damage or fines incurred will be the responsibility of the guest to pay.
