Perfectly situated next to Wandiligong oval, a short stroll to Morses creek and the Mountain to Murray Rail trail 'La Baracca' provides easy access to picturesque walks, cycling routes and tranquil spots to unwind.

Other things to note:

La Baracca is located on a property with also a main house, located approximately 50 meters from the rear of the main house. La Baracca is fully fenced from sight of the main house making it fully private.

There is curtains on only the large bedroom window; there are two smaller stained glassed windows in the bedroom area that do not have curtains. The kitchen, lounge and frosted front door do not have curtains.

You may on occasion be greeted by ‘Louie’ the estate cat.

There is a EUFY security box next to the internet modem, there are no cameras at the property. This is only for the cameras at the large house, they both use the same internet.
